Meet one-on-one with RN Michele to review your health history, wellness goals, previous weight-loss experience, and questions.
You will also meet with our licensed medical provider, who determines whether treatment is medically appropriate and discusses the options best suited to your individual needs.
RN Wellness Assessment: $125
If the medical provider determines that treatment is appropriate, you will be cleared to enroll in the Sea Glo Wellness Weight Loss Program.
Once approved, join your Sea Glo Wellness Membership using the Sea Glo VIP App or our secure computer enrollment link.

Three-month minimum commitment
After enrollment, your medical provider places the prescription order with the pharmacy according to your individualized treatment plan.
Sea Glo will send you an invoice for your prescribed medication before the medication order is processed.
Your medication is carefully packaged and express cold-shipped directly to Sea Glo.
We handle the coordination so you don't have to manage the shipping details yourself.
Sea Glo will contact you as soon as your medication arrives. You will sign for and pick up your prescription at the spa.
At your medication pickup, RN Michele will provide your medication instruction appointment, review the included instructions with you, and help you understand how to get started with your prescribed plan.
RN Michele will check in with you by text or phone each week to monitor your progress, see how you're feeling, and help keep your medical team informed throughout your program.
You'll continue to have provider oversight and support as your treatment plan progresses.
Because your first prescription is ordered specifically for you and arrives by express cold shipment, it does take a little time to get started.
Sea Glo will keep you informed and contact you as soon as your medication is ready for pickup.
Your program includes ongoing RN support, beginning with medication instruction when your first prescription arrives. Additional in-person support is available whenever you'd like extra accountability.
Your initial medication instruction appointment is provided as part of getting started. RN Michele will review your medication instructions with you, answer questions, and help you feel comfortable beginning your prescribed plan.

Come in for a weigh-in, progress check, and medication administration appointment with our RN.
This can be especially helpful during your first month while you're becoming comfortable with your new routine.
Weekly Wellness Check-Ins can be booked and paid for through the Sea Glo VIP App.
