How It Works

Step 1: Complete the Pre-Qualification Screening

Before scheduling your RN Wellness Assessment, please complete our confidential screening form. 

The screening helps determine whether the program may be appropriate for you and identifies any concerns that may require additional provider review.

Step 2: Schedule Your RN Wellness Assessment

Assessment Fee: $125

Your assessment includes:

• Comprehensive health and wellness review

• Weight loss goal evaluation

• Medication and supplement review

• Lifestyle and nutrition discussion

• Education regarding treatment options

• Provider review and approval process

Step 3: Provider Review

Our supervising medical provider will review your assessment and determine whether treatment is appropriate. If approved, you will receive information regarding medication options and next steps.

Step 4: Join the Membership

Sea Glo Wellness Weight Loss Membership

$125/month Membership includes:

• Ongoing RN support

• Progress monitoring

• Monthly provider oversight

• Wellness education and accountability 

• One Monthly Wellness Vitamin Injection (B12, Lipo-Mino or Tri-Immune) customized by our provider. 

• Access to member benefits and exclusive offers

NOTE:  Meds are not included and paid directly to the pharmacy via an easy process.  Typical charges for weight loss medication is approximately $82 - $369 and depends on the medication (ex.: semaglutide, tirzepatide, etc.) and dosage amount.
