Is the Founding 5 Right for You?
Founding clients must be willing to:
- Complete all required medical and skin assessment forms.
- Receive provider approval before beginning treatment.
- Complete three treatments within the recommended treatment window.
- Follow all preparation, sun-avoidance, and aftercare instructions.
- Allow discreet before-and-after photography of the treated area.
- Share honest feedback about the treatment experience and results.
Not every client will be an appropriate candidate for every treatment. If you are not approved for Photofabulous, your Founding payment may be refunded or transferred as a credit toward another provider-approved treatment plan.

Founding 5 participation is subject to medical assessment, provider approval, treatment availability, signed consent, and completion of all required forms. The assessment fee is separate initially and is applied toward an eligible package when purchased. Founding pricing is limited to the first five qualifying clients.
